Welcome Event

We will be having a meet & greet party on 10/17 at 4pm at Delta Hotel by Marriot in the Santa Fe meeting room.

Gate Procedures and Information

Participants who are not pre-registered & spectators riding with them:

Enter from Lee Hwy @ Entry point A.

Turn right after entering the property and procced to Gate #1
Participant fee is $35. It includes the driver and spouse.
Spectator fee is $5 for age 12 and up. Under age 12 is free.
Gate attendant will stamp each individual’s hand to allow re-entry if needed.
Gate attendant will give a registration form to the participant to be completed after parking.
Follow attendant’s directions to parking area.
Once parked, fill out the registration form.
Take the completed form to the registration desk to register & get window card with vehicle number.
Place card in window where it is visible to judges.
Raise the hood for judging.
Enjoy the day, explore the venue.

Pre-Registered participants and all spectators:

Enter from Lee Hwy @ Entry point B.

WALKING SPECTATORS:

Proceed to Gate #3
Pay entry fee of $5 (age 12 and older), or show documentation of prepaid spectator ticket.
Receive hand stamp to allow re-entry should you need to go outside the event and return.
Enter event & enjoy the day.

PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS & SPECTATORS RIDING WITH THEM:

Proceed straight into Gate #4
Present Ticket ID & number at gate along with prepaid spectator documentation.
Participant registration includes the driver and spouse.
Unpaid spectators will pay the $5 fee.
Gate attendant will stamp each individual’s hand to allow for re-entry if needed.
Follow attendants’ directions for parking your vehicle.
Place window card where it is visible upon parking.
Raise the hood for judging.
Enjoy the day & explore the venue.
